Research Interests: Corporate Finance | Behavioral Finance | International Finance
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Finance & Accounting group at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. My academic journey has been marked by a commitment to understanding and bridging the gap between finance theories and their real-world applications. Aligned with my pursuit of a doctoral degree, my goal is to continue contributing insightful research to the finance discipline with a particular focus on credit risk, a firm’s governance structure, and CEOs' personal characteristics. I am particularly interested in empirical methods and data-driven approaches to address complex questions in corporate finance. I aspire to engage in collaborative research and teaching that fosters critical thinking and advances evidence-based decision-making.
I am on the 2026-27 academic job market.
Beyond research, I enjoy documenting my experiences about life through sher-o-shayari and photography.
